These can then be redeemed in your ZALA dollars panel, where you can exchange your ZALA dollars for a code which you can then apply at checkout. 

I WANT IN! HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Getting started is simple. If you have an existing ZALA user account, just sign in here and you will be automatically joined to the program. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily register for free HERE which will automatically set you up to earn ZALA dollars!

Once logged in to your ZALA Account, you can access your ZALA dollars panel at the bottom left corner of the home screen, or within your account dashboard.

How do I view my ZALA dollars balance?

• Your point balance can be viewed in this ZALA Rewards widget or in your User Account Dashboard.

How do I redeem my ZALA dollars?

• Select the tab called Get Rewards. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

Is there a limit to the number of ZALA dollars I can earn?

• No! The limit does not exist. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

• Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order for a refund?

• Unfortunately, your pending points will be cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

• You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase for a refund.

I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

• It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your ZALA dollars :)

Can I use my points during checkout?

• Not directly - please open up the ZALA dollars panel to redeem your ZALA dollars for an exclusive code which can then be applied during checkout. 

How do I leave the program?

• If you no longer wish to earn ZALA dollars & save, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We can unenroll you which will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

• Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you! However, your point total will begin from zero.

How much is each ZALA dollar worth?

• Every $1AUD spent on our store accrues 5 ZALA Dollars. Other currencies offered on our store are subject to conversion values based on current exchange rates. E.g. €0.7 = $1AUD = 5 Points.

Can I use multiple codes at once?

• Only one code can be applied per purchase. 

I forgot to add my code at checkout, can this be added to my existing order?

• Unfortunately, no. Please take care to ensure an appropriate code is applied at checkout to obtain ZALA Dollar benefits.

I chose the wrong reward, can I have this action reversed or change my reward?

• Sorry, no! Please choose your reward carefully when redeeming your points as this action cannot be reversed.

I want to exchange my goods for an order of higher value, can I pay the difference using my ZALA Dollars?

• Sorry, no. Codes can only be redeemed on an original purchase. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with another promotion (discount offering), store credit or offer.

What if I return an order redeemed with ZALA Dollars?

• Our team will process a normal refund based on the order sub total value after discount was applied. ZALA Dollars will not be refunded.

I placed two orders and used the ZALA Dollars earned from my previous order for a discount, how is my refund processed?

• Our team will process a normal refund based on the order sub total, plus deduct the ZALA Dollars redeemed dollar value equivalent from your refund for your additional order. ZALA Dollars will not be refunded.
